Leslie is a battle-tested innovator, operator, leader and growth-driver. As Managing Partner of Made by Many’s New York office, she has been responsible for growing their U.S. client base which now includes Nike, Colgate, Spotify, and a number of well-funded startups on the East Coast.
At the start of her career, Leslie amassed experiences in crisis communications, business intelligence, digital marketing, IP law, media relations, and TV production before launching her own co-founding creative agency JESS3 in 2006. Under her leadership, JESS3 was twice-named to the Inc. 500 (No. 430 and No. 475) and awarded “Small Agency of the Year” by AdAge in the southeast region.
Honored as one of Fast Company's Most Creative People in Business for “making data science cool” (2013) and one of their "Most Influential Female Executives in Tech" (2011), Leslie is most proud of co-founding and continuing to support her family’s Willamette Valley-based pinot noir vineyard—Bradshaw Vineyards—in 1993. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Chicago Leslie is passionate about professional excellence, fitness, teamwork, sleep, her faith, and taking care of her family.
